HIMForward SmartStats is a prototype workspace for health information professionals. It is meant to help routine health records become accurate, meaningful data and reports someone can defend.
Who it is for
Health information officers, medical records staff and facility monitoring teams who still start from paper tallies and ward returns.
What it is for
Turning those routine records into figures that can be checked before they are reported. The aim is accuracy, not a prettier dashboard of invented numbers.
What it is not
Not a patient register, not a clinical record, and not a connection to DHIS2 or any national instance. No official NHMIS indicator list is bundled in this release.
The working pages are the dashboard, OPD attendance, the ward census, the indicator checker, this page, and Help and Documentation. What you type stays in this browser. A report is not marked validated while errors remain.
